John Reidy-Crofts

Licensed Real Estate Agent since 1985.

John has extensive experience in banking, finance, town planning, corporate investigation and large asset portfolio management.  He has held senior appointments in Local Government as well as within the banking, mining and finance sectors.

John has acted as a dedicated acquisition agent and asset manager since 1985. His success in acting for purchasers in the acquisition and management of investment property led to the formation of Property Investment Resources Pty Ltd in 1996.

As Managing Director of PIR, John provides specialist knowledge and expertise in the structure and administration of commercial leases and in the acquisition, due diligence and ongoing asset management of large individual and portfolio property investments. 

Andrea Maguire

Member of the Institute of Engineers, Australia and licensed Real Estate Sales Representative.

With a degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, she gained experience in the Oil and Gas industry specialising in design and construction of highly sophisticated solutions for offshore structural projects.  Experience gained worldwide included design, contract negotiations through to project management of complex offshore construction projects.

Her following involvement in the UK with private equity and venture capital investment opportunities brings her wealth of knowledge regarding company structures, investment analysis and finance options.

All this together with her ongoing family involvement in commercial property portfolios and investment strategy, Andrea provides a unique blend of technical experience and practical skills.
