PIR will then negotiate effectively on your behalf and when acceptable price and terms have been agreed with a vendor, we have the relevant experience to draft clear, favourable contracts as the basis for appropriate in-depth due diligence investigations to commence.
Due Diligence –
A comprehensive due diligence assessment of each property is undertaken prior to final acquisition. As property experts we coordinate a team of professionals on a needs only basis for each property as required.
This may involve legal, accounting, planning, engineering, architectural, environmental, corporate investigation or other services which are considered appropriate in order to identify and mitigate any risks associated with the property. It also ensures that we are able to establish appropriate ongoing risk management and investment strategies – before purchasing!
